I am a UK Athletics Level 2 Qualified Coach currently studying towards my Level 3.

I have competed for Walton Athletics Club for 18 years over 400m, 800m and 1500m. I was the Surrey County 1500m champion as a Junior Man and have also represented Surrey and the South of England.

I have been coaching at the SJAC since 2004. I also work for UK Athletics as a Coach Education Tutor delivering the workshops for Level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications. In addition to this I also deliver the, 'Children in Athletics' and, 'Fitness in Running and Walking' courses. My other roles in UK Athletics included Level 2 coach assessor and internal verifier.

Coaching at the SJAC is brilliant, very rewarding and it is a pleasure to work with the athletes and the other great coaches at the SJAC.

When I am not coaching or working for UK Athletics I coach and tutor in another capacity, as a Microsoft Office Specialist, with my company CoachIT.

I've worked as a P.E teacher for the past 7 years, teaching 6-13 year olds a wide variety of sports including netball, hockey, football and obviously athletics.

I am a Level 2 qualified athletics coach and I am currently studying for my level 3 qualification.

I enjoy competing in athletics and used to belong to Walton athletics club, where I still train, but I'm now a member of Birchfield Harriers. I have been competing since I was 12 and at the age of 18 I achieve my first international vest at the European Junior Athletics Championships where I came 3rd as part of the 4x400m relay team. I have since competed in the Surrey Championships over 400m and 800m and at National level. I have also competed for England at senior level along with both of my sisters.

I started coaching at SJAC 3 years ago and have enjoyed every second!

I obtained a 2:1 honours degree in Sport Studies from Brunel University Twickenham.

I've worked in the IT World for the past seven Years but my true passion is sport.

I've played semi-professional football for the past 15 years representing several of the local teams including Sutton Utd, Walton & Hersham and I'm currently playing for Chertsey Town. I've played for County level and attended trials for Chelsea and Crewe Alexandra however unfortunately rupturing my ACL curtailed my footballing ambitions.

I've recently competed for Walton Athletics Club and have obtained my Level 1 athletics qualification. I am currently studying for my level 2/3 badges.

I started coaching at SJAC last Year and was thrilled with the attitude of the athletes and hope this Year to better the third place we achieved at the Surrey Youth Games.

Away from sport I have recently opened a new business venture selling exotic car memorabilia - www.automem.com

I have been a Nanny for the past 7 years and also taught P.E for a year at Granchester House School.

I compete at Athletics at National level and represent Surrey at County standard. I compete for Walton Athletics club and have done since starting athletics 15 years ago. I came 3rd in the long jump at the South of England Championships three consecutive Years, including this one.
