How to book a 1 Hour Online Individual Tuition Session:
- Click on the application of interest, ( Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
- You will find a number of topics which may meet your tuition requirements or perhaps develop your thoughts further as to what your tuition requirements might be. The topics have been broadly categorised as Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced Topics. Each topic represents approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour of tuition.
- Contact SJAC - IT Tuition using the contact form on the right-hand side of this page.
- An SJAC - IT Tutor will contact you by telephone to discuss your tuition requirements in more detail and should you decide that you would like to book a session a date and time will be arranged.
- If you have arranged a 1 Hour Online Tuition Session your tutor will contact you by phone 10 minutes before your arranged time. This will enable your tutor to set-up the online link and begin your session on time. Throughout the session your tutor will communicate by phone and both you and your tutor will see the same information on your computer screens provided by the online link.
- Confirmation of your tuition will be established on receipt of your payment in advance of your arranged tuition time. A full refund will be issued should you not be satisfied with your tuition.
