I’m qualified as a UK Athletics Coach, Running in Fitness Coach and L1 Triathlon Coach. I’ve been coaching in a children’s specific Triathlon club (Turbokids) for the past 3 years and also for the past year in a children’s athletics club (Young Athletes Club) based at Guildford Spectrum.
My own interest in sport is based around endurance events having completed several Ironman Triathlons, multi day races, 100mile trail runs and Swim Run events.

I am a UK Athletics Level 3 Qualified Coach.
I have competed for Walton Athletics Club over 400m, 800m and 1500m. I was the Surrey County 1500m champion as a Junior Man and have also represented Surrey and the South of England.
I have been coaching at SJAC since 2004.
I also on a consultancy basis for UK Athletics as a Coach Education Tutor, Coach Assessor and Tutor Developer, delivering various coaching and leaders awards.
Coaching at the SJAC is brilliant, very rewarding and it is a pleasure to work with the athletes and the other great coaches at the SJAC.

I have a 2:1 honours degree in Sports Science from Brunel University Twickenham and an NVQ level 3 in Childcare.
I have a level 1 athletics coaching certificate and I'm studying for level 2/3.
I work as a Nanny and have also taught P.E for a year at Granchester House School.
I compete at Athletics at National level and represent Surrey at County standard. I compete for Walton Athletics club and have done since I was a teenager. I came 3rd in the long jump at the South of England Championships for three consecutive years.
I love working with children and participating in sport so it is a real pleasure coaching at SJAC.
I hope every year our athletes can continue to get better.
